Doha: Initial indications show a chance of scattered rain on intermittent periods from Monday, April 26, until Wednesday, April 28.
Qatar Meteorology Department stated this on its social media adding that the weather charts indicate the influence of low pressure system over the country accompanied with Southeasterly wind.
The cloud amounts over the country are expected to increase gradually from Monday afternoon until Wednesday with a chance of scattered rain on intermittent period especially on Tuesday and Wednesday. It may become thundery along with strong wind causing blowing dust at times. It is worth mentioning that this period is known as Alsarayat, which is well known for sudden and quick changing weather.
Qatar Meteorology Department urged everyone to be careful as well as to follow the latest updates through its official accounts.
