Doha, Qatar: The world community yesterday strongly condemned aggression launched by Iran against Qatar by attacking Al Udaid Air Base.
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia condemned and denounced in the strongest terms the “aggression” launched by Iran against the State of Qatar, considering it a flagrant violation of international law and the principles of good neighborliness, and an unacceptable and unjustifiable act under any circumstances. In a statement, the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed the Kingdom’s solidarity and full support for the State of Qatar, and putting all its capabilities to support the State of Qatar in all its measures.
Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi condemned in the strongest terms the missile attack carried out by Iran against the territory of the State of Qatar. In a statement, Albudaiwi underscored that this attack is a flagrant violation of the sovereignty of the State of Qatar and a direct infringement to the security of all the Cooperation Council member states, reiterating that the security of the GCC countries is indivisible, and that the Council stands united with the State of Qatar in the face of any threat to its security and territorial integrity.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has also condemned in the strongest terms the Iranian Revolutionary Guard’s targeting of Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar, considering it a flagrant violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and airspace, which constitutes a clear violation of international law and the UN Charter.
The UAE affirmed its categorical rejection of any attack that threatens the security and safety of Qatar and undermines the security and stability of the region.
In a statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the UAE’s full solidarity with Qatar and its unwavering support for all measures aimed at protecting the security and safety of its citizens and residents.
The Kingdom of Bahrain announced its strong condemnation of the attack targeting the State of Qatar by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, considering it a flagrant violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and airspace, as well as of international law and the United Nations Charter.
Bahrain affirmed its full support for the State of Qatar following the Iranian attack on its territory, expressing its full solidarity with the State of Qatar during these sensitive circumstances facing the region by exerting the necessary efforts to exercise restraint, avoid escalation, and resolve all disputes through peaceful means.
The Sultanate of Oman condemned the missile attack launched by Iran on the State of Qatar.
In a statement, the Omani Ministry of Foreign Affairs considered the Iranian missile attack on sovereign sites in the State of Qatar an unacceptable and condemned act that violates the sovereignty of a sisterly Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) state, contradicts the policy of good neighborliness, and threatens to expand the scope of the conflict, which will only lead to further damage and destruction and undermine the foundations of security, stability, and the safety of the peoples of the region.
The Kuwaiti Foreign Ministry also strongly condemned and denounced the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps’ attacks on Al-Udeid air base in the State of Qatar in a blatant breach of Qatar’s sovereignty and airspace, along with international law and the United Nations Charter.
French President Emmanuel Macron expressed France’s solidarity with the State of Qatar, following Iran’s attack on Al-Udeid Air Base on Qatari soil.
Macron posted on X saying: “I am in close contact with the country’s authorities and our partners in the region,” calling on all parties to exercise the utmost restraint, to de-escalate, and to return to the negotiating table, adding: “The spiral of chaos must end.”
UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres yesterday condemned Iran’s attack on Al-Udeid Air Base in the State of Qatar, saying he is “deeply alarmed by the further escalation of the conflict in the Middle East.”
“From the outset of the crisis, the Secretary-General has repeatedly condemned any military escalation in this conflict, including today’s attack by Iran on the territory of Qatar,” UN Spokesman Stephane Dujarric said in a statement, reiterating Guterres’ call on all parties to stop fighting and respect the UN Charter and international law.
Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni expressed her country’s solidarity with the State of Qatar today after the Iranian attack on Al-Udeid Air Base.
In a post on X platform, Meloni emphasized the need to immediately return to the negotiating table and resume a political dialogue that would open up prospects for peace and stability in the region.
Dutch Foreign Minister Caspar Veldkamp affirmed on Monday his country’s rejection of the Iranian attack on Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar. Veldkamp said via X platform that this dangerous escalation must stop, calling on all parties to exercise restraint and pointing to the need for resumption of negotiations.
Jordan also affirmed its strong condemnation of the aggression launched by Iran against the State of Qatar, considering it a blatant violation of Qatar’s sovereignty, international law, and the UN Charter, and a dangerous escalation.
In a statement, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates affirmed Jordan’s absolute solidarity with Qatar in confronting all threats to its security and stability, and its support for any steps it takes to protect its security, sovereignty, and the safety of its citizens.
The Arab Republic of Egypt has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the Iranian attacks on the State of Qatar, considering them a violation of its sovereignty, a threat to its territorial integrity, and a breach of international law and the United Nations Charter.
Egypt also affirmed its full solidarity with the State of Qatar and its support for it. In a statement, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed Egypt’s deep concern over the rapidly accelerating and dangerous escalation in the region, reiterating its complete rejection of all forms of military escalation or infringement on the sovereignty of states.
The Arab Parliament expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the aggression launched by Iran against the State of Qatar, considering it a flagrant and unacceptable violation of Qatari sovereignty and a clear violation of international law.
In a statement, the Arab Parliament affirmed its full solidarity with the State of Qatar as well as its full support for the measures it is taking to preserve its sovereignty, security, and territorial integrity. The Arab Parliament reiterated its warning against the expansion of the conflict in the region and proceeding toward further escalation, which would undermine security and stability.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation and Moroccans Abroad said in a statement Monday that the Kingdom of Morocco expresses its full solidarity with the State of Qatar regarding anything that might threaten its security and the peace of its citizens.
The Arab League has condemned the Iranian attack on Al-Udeid Air Base in Qatar, considering it a completely unacceptable assault on its sovereignty. In a statement, Arab League Secretary-General Ahmed Aboul Gheit affirmed the Arab League’s full solidarity with the State of Qatar in confronting this Iranian violation of international law.
Aboul Gheit also called for swift action to de-escalate the situation rather than expanding the conflict in an unintended manner, which would entail dire consequences.

The Muslim World League (MWL) strongly condemned the “aggression” launched by Iran against the State of Qatar.

Sudan stressed the need to halt the military operations taking place in the region.
Mauritania announced that it is following with great concern the aggression against the State of Qatar, expressing its strong condemnation and denunciation of this assault, which infringes upon the sovereignty of the country, the safety of its territory, and violates the principles of good neighborliness. In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, African Cooperation, and Mauritanians Abroad, Mauritania expressed its full solidarity with the State of Qatar and reiterated its call for restraint and opting for dialogue and the application of wisdom to preserve the security and stability of the region.
Yemen condemned in the strongest terms the “aggression” launched by Iran against the State of Qatar, as a blatant assault on its sovereignty and airspace, and a flagrant violation of international law, the UN Charter, and the principles of good neighbourliness.
Syria expressed its full solidarity with the State of Qatar in countering regional threats and military escalation caused by Iranian attacks.
In a statement, the Syrian Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly condemned any hostile acts targeting the security and stability of the Arab Gulf states, stressing that their security is an integral part of Syria’s national security.
Algeria expressed its condemnation of the missile attack that targeted the State of Qatar. In a statement, the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that Algeria expressed its deep concern and serious alarm over the escalating level of tension in the Middle East following the violation of Qatar’s sovereignty and the sanctity of its territory.
The Secretariat General of the Arab Interior Ministers Council condemned, on Monday, the Iranian attack on Al-Udeid Air Base, in a blatant violation of the State of Qatar’s sovereignty and its airspace.

Spain strongly condemned the Iranian attack that targeted Al-Udeid Air Base in the State of Qatar, calling for restraint, respect for international law, an immediate halt to violence, and a return to diplomatic negotiations. In a statement, the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that this attack represents another step in the military escalation that is endangering the entire region.
