Doha, Qatar: The Future Skills Office at the Institute of Public Administration, under the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB), is advancing efforts to prepare Qatar’s national workforce for the rapidly evolving demands of the future by equipping citizens with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in an increasingly technology-driven and knowledge-based economy.
The initiative reflects Qatar’s commitment to investing in human capital in line with Qatar National Vision 2030, which places the development of a highly skilled national workforce at the heart of sustainable development.
The CBG, in a post on X, said that as technological transformation accelerates and labour market requirements continue to evolve, the office aims to ensure that individuals and institutions remain prepared to seize emerging opportunities and address future challenges.
The Future Skills Office aims to strengthen the readiness of Qatar’s workforce by anticipating future skill requirements and supporting continuous professional development.
The office seeks to enable national talent to adapt, innovate and succeed in a fast-changing global environment while contributing to the country’s transition toward a knowledge-based economy.
