DOHA: Lenovo has announced the launch of its smartphone portfolio for the first time in Qatar, carefully designed to fit every style, personality and budget.
Newly launched worldwide, the Vibe Z2 Pro is the hottest Lenovo smartphone to hit the market, designed with the performance-hungry user in mind. Featuring a six-inch screen with 2K resolution, the VIBE Z2 Pro offers consumers an immersive multimedia experience. A 16MP rear camera with image stabilisation captures photos and 4K videos rivalling high-end compact cameras. At just 7.7mm thin with a metallic brushed-weave design, the VIBE Z2 Pro has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor.
VIBE Z2 Pro offers a wide range of pro photography features and, unlike other smartphones, the integrated 16MP rear camera uses a 16:9 BSI sensor that captures widescreen photos at full resolution. The 4K resolution and high-speed 120fps recordings are also supported.
Optical image stabilisation and an enhanced six-element lens are incorporated to boost the low-light shooting performance of the BSI senor. Shutterbugs will also appreciate zero shutter lag, manual shooting settings and a HDR-ready custom camera app.
The VIBE Z2 Pro can be further set apart by its 6-inch display, producing razor-sharp and true-to-life visuals. The IPS panel not only packs 2,560 x 1,440 pixels, its 490ppi screen density is also one of the highest among existing premium smartphones.
Rated at 500nits maximum brightness output, the display is easily viewable outdoors coupled with richer colours and wide viewing angles. In addition, with 83.5 percent of the usable screen estate, users can view more content, thanks to a narrow frame design.
September will see the release of the Vibe Z2 Pro along with five other models, bringing Lenovo’s total Qatar portfolio to 10 smartphones.
