The fourth edition of Doha Tribeca Film Festival opened with Mira Nair’s ‘The Reluctant Fundamentalist’. Over 87 films from around the globe are being shown on screens in at Souq Waqif, Katara and the Museum of Islamic Arts. This year, the festival also showcases 19 ‘Made in Qatar’ films, highlighting the significant stride made by the country’s emerging film industry. Stars from Qatar, the Arab world and international cinema walked down the red carpet during the special screenings. Here are some of the snapshots from the red carpet.
