The awards recognise exceptional achievement by private practice solicitors, in-house lawyers working in local and international entities and law firms. “This recognition is further indication of our team’s continuous efforts in creating an attractive and appealing environment for local and foreign firms. Furthermore, it proves how our investment in human capital, in line with the Qatar National Vision 2030, is of utmost importance for the success and growth of our entity,” said Yousuf Mohamed Al Jaida, Chief Executive Officer, QFC Authority.
“We have always believed that investing in our people would serve as a cornerstone to further assist and develop the private sector, which is the foundation of a healthy and sustainable economy. I would like to congratulate our hard working and innovative legal team and wish them further success in the years to come,” he added.
Nasser Al Taweel, QFC Authority’s Chief Legal Officer attended the ceremony and received the award on behalf of the QFC.
“It is an honour and a privilege to stand here with you today and recognise the efforts of our legal team at this prestigious ceremony. We are extremely proud to have won this award. This prize confirms and distinguishes the expertise of our hard-working team and the value they contribute to the overall success of both the QFC and Qatar,” he said.
