Doha: Qatar's numerical weather prediction model indicate that rain is expected to return on Monday and Tuesday (November 25-26).

Qatar Meteorology Department on its social media said that skies will become gradually cloudy with chances of scattered rain that may also be thundery at places, especially in northern and southern parts.

Strong wind exceeding 25kt at times will result in low horizontal visibility to less than 2km during these times.

Marine warning of thunder rain is expected to begin on Tuesday when the sea height might rise to 7ft.

The department urged residents to be cautious and to avoid sea activities during the warning period and to follow weather updates through official accounts.
