The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani received a written message from Sudanese President Omar Hassan Al Bashir pertaining to bilateral cooperation and ways to boost them. The message was handed over to the Emir by Director-General of Sudan’s National Intelligence and Security Services (NISS) Lt Gen. Mohamed Atta Al Mawla Abbas at the Emiri Diwan yesterday.
