The Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani received a written message from Prime Minister of the Republic of Guinea Bissau Rui Duarte Barros dealing with bilateral relations. Special Adviser to the Prime Minister of Guinea Bissau Roberto Antonio Vieira delivered the message yesterday.
