DOHA: Gulf International Services Company yesterday announced that its board of directors will held a meeting on January 7, 2015 (Wednesday) to discuss the proposed dividend distribution for the financial year ended December 31, 2014, according to a press statement.
This is in line with the keenness of the group as s listed company on the Qatar Exchange, to abide by its obligations especially those related to the principles of transparency and disclosure, and for the purposes of early disclosure in line with similar companies in the region, and to serve the shareholders of the Company, and with the liquidity available to the group companies.
