Doha: Minister of Social Development and Family H E Mariam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad, received a group of outstanding student fans as part of the “Qatar 2022 A Joy for All” initiative.
During the audience, Her Excellency received a commemorative gift from one of the outstanding student (from Rohingya) in appreciation for the State of Qatar’s attention to the areas of refugees and displaced persons within its hosting of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
Qatar launched the “Qatar 2022 Joy for All” initiative in areas of conflicts and displacement, where it established centres dedicated to displaced fans and refugees in a number of countries, including Palestine, Jordan, Sudan, Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, Turkiye, Bangladesh and other countries within the “Qatar 2022 Joy for All” initiative.
