DOHA: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (Kahramaa), in cooperation with the Ministry of Development Planning and Statistics, yesterday launched an opinion poll on the quality of its drinking water.
The poll is part of efforts to improve and maintain high standards of utility services under ‘Mayna Zain’ (our good water), an initiative to assess the level of customer satisfaction.
Kahramaa said in a statement that the poll is one of the activities of ‘Mayna Zain’ undertaken under the patronage of the corporation’s President Essa bin Hilal Al Kuwari to highlight the high quality of drinking water.
It comes within Kahramaa’s objective to excel in customer services and provide high quality water and electricity.
The poll is the first step in the initiative, the corporation said, urging users to participate and make it a success as it is a tool to measure customers’ trust in the water provided by the corporation.
Our customers are the target of the survey as they always back our campaigns and initiatives, the statement said.
It said ‘customer-centricity’ is one of Kahramaa’s corporate values which places customers at the heart of decisionmaking to focus on their needs.
The two-week survey comprises an eQuestionnaire with 12 queries through which participants can report their trust in Kahramaa’s water and the purpose of using it.
It is available on Kahramaa’s website www.km.com.qa and the ministry’s website www.qsa.gov.qa
Participants can enter their email or phone number to start answering the questions. The Peninsula
