Doha: The 10th annual Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition opens its doors today at the Doha Exhibition Center. The seven-day international exhibition is organised by Qatar Tourism Authority and will showcase of the finest jewelry and watches collections.
This year’s edition, which runs until March 3, features over 530 international and regional brands of fine jewellery and luxury watches including the world’s most glamorous and fashionable marques. Many spectacular pieces will be exclusively revealed at the show.
The exhibition is hosting for the first time Christie’s from London and Matis Jewellery, who are aiming to establish a foothold in the jewellery industry in Qatar. The exhibition opens every day from midday to 10pm except for March 1, when it opens at 4pm and closes at 10pm.
Among the Qatari exhibitors in the event, which is sponsored by QNB, are Al Fardan Jewellery, Ali Bin Ali group, Al Majed Jewellery, Blue Salon, Al Muftah Jewellery, Amiri Gems, Fifty One East, Al Jaber Watches, Marzooq Al Shamlan and Sons, Al Majed Pearls and Doha Marketing Services Co.
