The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani received a written message from Eritrean President Isaias Afewerki pertaining to bilateral relations and issues of mutual concern. The message was presented to the Emir by Eritrean Ambassador to Qatar Ali Ibrahim Ahmed at the Emiri Diwan yesterday.
