Doha: In its latest move to offer more value on its bigger, faster network, Ooredoo has expanded its portfolio of Hala International Keys with the launch of Hala Nigeria Key.
Priced at QR1 a week, Hala Nigeria Key offers customers the lowest calling rates in Qatar for calls to Nigeria for 30 dirhams per minute.
With the latest key, customers can save 15 dirhams per minute with the new 30 dirhams per minute rate.
Customers wishing to subscribe to the service can activate Hala Nigeria Key for QR1/week by sending SMS ‘NGA’ (English] and ‘?’ (Arabic) to 121.
Subscription will automatically renew every week, so customers can continue to enjoy benefits of subsidised international calling rates.
To cancel the service, customers can SMS ‘STOP NGA’ to 121.
Hala Nigeria Key, available for one month, aims to help the expatriate community talk more for less as they stay connected with friends and family across the globe.
Customers can also enjoy similar international saving options with keys for Egypt, India, Bangladesh and the Philippines, along with International Saver Key for 121 countries.
Previously, customers wishing to call Nigeria could subscribe to Hala International Saver Key for QR0.45 per minute, and QR0.45 per SMS — one of the best rates in Qatar.
Ooredoo offers international calling saving options on Qatar’s bigger and faster network for customers wanting to adapt their Hala or Shahry services to better suit their monthly needs. Visit www.ooredoo.qa for details of service plans and international call rates.
