DOHA: Barwa Real Estate Company will liquidate its local subsidiary Nuzul Qatar llc, a Qatar Stock Exchange notification said Monday.
The company's decision to wind up the dormant subsidiary that did not generate any revenue follows its shareholders' go-ahead.
The company has assigned Adel Abdullah Alabdulghani as liquidator to complete the procedures, the notification said.
