How to get a free 30-day Doha Metro pass

Doha, Qatar: Passengers who regularly use the Doha Metro and Lusail Tram can now benefit from a special limited-time offer, featuring a free 30-day Metropass.

The offer, valid from June 1 to September 30, 2025, grants Passengers a free fourth month of travel when they purchase and activate 30-day passes for three consecutive months.

How to Qualify for the Offer

To be eligible, passengers must:

    • Make their first purchase and activation of the 30-day pass before July 1, 2025 (June 30 is the last day to purchase).

    • Make the next two purchases and activations in July and August 2025, without interruption.

    • Claim the free 30-Day pass between September 1 and September 30, 2025.

Who Can Participate?

    • All Doha Metro and Lusail Tram passengers holding a valid Standard Travel Card.

    • The travel card must be registered and linked to the passenger before any purchase.

    • This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or incentive schemes.

Where to Purchase and Redeem

    • Cards must be presented at any Goldclub office in Doha Metro stations or ticketing office in Lusail Tram stations for each transaction.

    • The 30-day metropass costs QAR 120 per month, and renewals must occur after the previous pass expires, within the same month.

    • The free pass must be claimed and activated on the same day between September 1–30, 2025. A QID or passport is required for verification.

Important Terms and Conditions

    • The pass is valid only for Standard or Family Class travel and is non-transferable.

    • It is valid for unlimited rides for 30 consecutive calendar days from the date of activation.

    • If the card is lost or replaced, it must be re-registered immediately to remain eligible.

    • No refunds or extensions will be provided for unclaimed or unactivated passes beyond the specified deadlines.
