NEW YORK: A session of talks was held between the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and Germany at the Headquarter of the GCC mission in New York last night.
The GCC side was chaired by Saudi Vice Foreign Minister Prince Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, in presence of the GCC Foreign Ministers and GCC Secretary General Dr. Abdul-Latif bin Rashid al-Zayani.
The German side was chaired by German Foreign Minister Dr. Guido Westerwelle.
Talks during the session covered ways of further developing the cooperation between the GCC countries and Germany in the various domains.
The two sides also reviewed the situation in the Middle East as well as regional and international issues of mutual concern. (QNA)
