DOHA: All people who suffered from food poising at Marmara Istanbul Restaurant have been discharged from hospital, Al Watan reported. The premature baby rescued by doctors after his mother became a victim is also safe and under observation. The woman was in the seven month of pregnancy and took ill after the incident.
A report by the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning has not mentioned the cause and said food was prepared in unhealthy condition because inspectors could not find specific items that caused the problem. Authorities are waiting for another report which is expected tomorrow. The public prosecution will question victims and restaurant staff to ascertain the cause.
