DOHA: The Ministry of Interior yesterday launched a customer satisfaction survey to collect feedback from the public about services of the Traffic Department.
The survey has been conducted among visitors at the Traffic Department headquarters in Madinat Khalifa and its branches in Old Airport, Al Rayyan, Al Mamoura and Industrial Area, Al Sharq reported yesterday.
The one week survey is being carried out by the Strategic Planning Department at the ministry through a questionnaire that focuses on three main areas — reception, service procedures and work environment.
The public feedback will be used to upgrade and simplify the services, the daily said quoting a ministry official.
