Doha, Qatar: Lusail International Circuit (LIC) successfully wrapped up its Qatar GP Educational Tour, after inspiring more than 1,000 students across Qatar with hands on experiences in motorsport, technology, and community engagement.

Launched ahead of the Formula 1 Qatar Airways Qatar Grand Prix 2025, the initiative aimed to empower youth by showcasing LIC’s contributions to motorsport development and aligning with Qatar National Vision 2030.

The tour, which kicked off on September 25 at Multaqa - QF Student Lounge, visited 10 prominent schools and universities, including: University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST), Qatar Leadership Academy, HBKU / Texas A&M University, Education City High School, Qatar University (QU) – Male and Female, Academic Bridge Program, Mohamed bin Jassim bin Mohamed Al-Thani Preparatory School, and Al-Andalus Educational Complex – Male and Female.

Emphasising educational value and community aspects, the program featured interactive activities such as VR pit stop challenges, Reaction Walls, and photo opportunities. Students gained insights into LIC’s role as one of only two tracks worldwide hosting Formula 1, MotoGP, and the Qatar 1812 km World Endurance Championship, while exploring team structures, race technicalities, and real world applications of innovation.
