Al Khalij holds Open Day for citizens to boost Qatarisation

DOHA: Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) hosted Open Day at the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs to recruit Qataris looking for opportunities to work in the banking sector. It was held under the patronage of the Minister of Labour and Social Affairs H E Dr Abdullah Saleh Mubarak Al Khulaifi.
Hussain Al Mulla, Undersecretary at the ministry, and the bank’s Group CEO, Fahad Al Khalifa, were present.
A team of professionals from the bank was present to provide guidance and conduct interviews with applicants looking to join the bank.
“The event is in line with the bank’s Qatarisation strategy and reinforces its commitment to Qatar National Vision 2030, in particular the human development pillar,” said Al Khalifa.
“The bank is always on the lookout to welcome, retain and nurture the most talented individuals as well as fresh Qatari graduates.
“We are thankful to the ministry for support and continued cooperation to help us achieve our aim to select and empower the next generation of banking leaders through such opportunities,” he added.
