Global brands to unveil latest models at Qatar Motor Show

DOHA: The Qatar Motor Show 2015 will see the unveiling of some of the latest automobiles by international brands to be seen on the region’s roads soon after the event.
In its fifth edition, the show will be held under the patronage of the Prime Minister and Interior Minister H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani from February 6 to 10.
Rolls Royce will exhibit the limited edition Phantom Drophead Coupe Water Speed collection that has wowed the industry and premium automobile customers when it was introduced at 2014 Paris Auto show.
Mercedes-Benz has confirmed that it will hold the Qatar launch of GLA 45 AMG, AMG GT & CLA 250 and the regional launch of prestigious S-Maybach.
BMW has three first Middle East displays with all new BMW X6M, BMW X5M and all new Mini John Cooper Hatch.
Audi is presenting a new model which will make its global debut in mid-January at Detroit Motor Show and will be transported to Qatar Motor Show a few days later.
Audi is also launching a new TT model for the region, at the exhibition. The model was unveiled globally last year but hasn’t debuted in the Middle East yet.
The iconic British prestige automobile brands Jaguar with its all new XE and Land Rover with its Range Rover Sports SVR, are debuting here for the Middle East market.
The XE is said to be the lightest, stiffest and the most aerodynamic Jaguar ever built and visitors at Qatar Motor Show can get a close look at this aluminium-intensive model.
The Range Rover SVR is particularly exciting as the first of its series of high performance models to come from Jaguar and Land Rover.
Italian superstar brand Lamborghini will display Lamborghini Huracán LP 610-4,  celebrating the super sports car’s success in the Middle East and worldwide since its launch in 2014. The 10-cylinder model Lamborghini Huracán debuted at 2014 Geneva Motor Show, with more than 3,300 orders worldwide by the year-end.
Exhibition host Qatar Tourism Authority is working with q.media Events and Fira Barcelona.
A marketing campaign has rolled out across the region and enthused responses have been received from Qatar and neighbouring countries.
