Doha: Lucco racing team finished second in the first round and fourth on the second round in the competitive adrenaline-packed Radical Middle East Cup 2014/15 championship held in Losail International Circuit in Qatar over the weekend.
This is the second round of the championship from a total of six rounds.
Ludovic Loffreda revved up his speed as he tries to come after Sergey Shalunov team on the first race.
Emerging as first place winners in the first series held in Dubai Autodrome in December last year, Ludovic admitted that it was a bit challenging this time in the Qatar race.
The battle between other Radical drivers on this ultimate driving competition is simply beyond compare.
Each series proves to be more exciting than ever. The French pair, Loffreda and Lutter, did hold their titles with a tight grip.
“Finishing second in this race is still an accomplishment for us. We really had a close fight with the other drivers who were really good,” said Loffreda.
“It’s our first time to race here and I must say that this was really is a big test for us. But like the rest, we wanted to make sure that our first race of the year would be a good one so we just remained focused,” he added.
