Doha: The Minister of Administrative Development H E Dr Isa Saad Al Jafali Al Nuaimi yesterday launched the ministry’s website (www.ad.gov.qa).
It offers multiple online services, including eRecruitment to create job opportunities for Qataris, eRegistration services for its employees for training programmes organised by the ministry and the Mawarid system which facilitates and simplifies human resources management processes.
The website includes three forums. Human resources managers in government agencies which aim to connect and support partnerships between them and enable them to show experiences and excellence in their field; remarks and proposals for the enforcement of the human resources management law; and a guide on job description, classification and arrangement in a way that contributes to the exchange of experiences between people.
Work is under way to complete the quality forum, which aims to promote a culture of quality, excellence and support specialists at government agencies for the exchange of experiences. QNA
