Doha, Qatar: The 75th Republic Day of India was marked by the Embassy of India in Doha today morning, with great fervour and enthusiasm and with participation of over 500 members of the Indian community.
Ambassador of India to Qatar H E Vipul, hoisted the national flag at the Indian Cultural Centre (ICC) premises which was followed by singing of the national anthem and other cultural performances and a speech by the ambassador.
"Over 500 Indians and friends of India join the celebrations held at the Indian Cultural Center in Doha," tweeted the embassy as it shared the pictures of the celebrations on Friday morning.
On the occassion, the ambassador also launched the ICC digital newsletter.
