London: Minister of Justice H E Dr Hassan Lahdan Saqr Al Mohannadi met British counterpart Chris Grayling on the sidelines of the Global Law Summit which ended yesterday.
They discussed cooperation, particularly in the legal and judicial areas and ways of strengthening and developing it.
Talks also dealt with legal training, exchange of experience in the areas of registration and documentation, and work on a comprehensive convention on cooperation.
Doha: Advisory Council Speaker Mohammed bin Mubarak Al Khulaifi yesterday met visiting Hungarian parliament Speaker Laszlo Kover and his delegation. Talks focused on parliamentary ties and means of further strengthening them. The council’s Deputy Speaker Issa bin Rabia Al Kuwari, members and Hungarian Ambassador Istvan Elter were present.
