Doha: Aster DMH Qatar, the largest private healthcare networks in Qatar, operating since 2003 with six medical centres and one hospital launched its Aster Nurture program yesterday at Hotel Oryx Rotana.
The announcement was made by Dr Sameer Moopan, Chief Executive Officer, Aster DMH Qatar, along with Dr Nazar Moopan, Medical Director and Chief of Medical Staff, Aster DMH Qatar, and Kapil Chib, Chief Operating Officer, Aster Hospital Qatar, in the presence of gynaecologists of Aster Medical Centres and Hospital, Dr Hema Rajeev, Dr Sabita Prasad, Dr Kumari Varghese, Dr Jyoti Khanna, Dr Poornima Balagopal, Dr Nivedita Sivasankar, Dr Ifat Irshad and Dr Navitha Aziz, Nurture Coordinator.
As the name suggests, Aster Nurture is aimed at nurturing, providing care and protecting a woman at all stages of pregnancy till her baby attains the age of 5. Upon enrolling in this program, participants will be entitled to a range of benefits that will ensure a healthy pregnancy and delivery in Aster Hospital, Doha. The care also continues into post pregnancy to ensure the holistic wellbeing of mother and baby.
Commenting on the initiative, Dr Sameer Moopan said: “With Aster Nurture we are trying to be with the family joining them in their nine months of magic with our nine months of care. Through Aster Nurture, pregnancy care will be made more affordable and with our support team we will ensure that the confidence of the expecting parents is kept high through a holistic approach where our doctors will address their concerns on a regular basis”.
Aster Nurture program covers a wide range of services including Antenatal packages, maternity packages, antenatal classes, counselling and continuity of care under the leadership of experienced gynaecologists of Aster Hospital and various Aster Medical Centres across Qatar.
