The Katara Art Studios courtyard yesterday showcased a wide variety of arts and crafts, all handmade by members of the newly established QatART community, composed of expatriates from all parts of the world. The second Katara QatART Handmade Market had on offer jewellery, accessories, clothes, paintings, illustrations, craft kits, home decor, home-made food and party supplies. QatART is the first organisation of expatriates who create handmade products to suit the demands of Qatar’s diverse community.
