Doha, Qatar: Mohammed Ali arrived in Qatar on April 4, 1976, marking a remarkable 50-year journey in the country. Over the decades, he built a distinguished career, serving with the Qatar National Bank (QNB) for 31 years before going on to become a founder and lead the Civium Group as its Managing Director.
Beyond his professional achievements, Mohammed Ali was widely known and respected as a dedicated social worker and active community leader. He was a Founder Member and Vice Chairman of the Kerala Cultural Centre, contributing significantly to the cultural and social life of the expatriate community in Qatar. His commitment to giving back extended to his homeland, where he founded and supported several educational institutions in Kerala, India, reflecting his lifelong belief in the power of education.
He is survived by his wife and four children, Nihad, Jaseena, Nabeel, and Najla, along with a wide circle of relatives, friends, and community members whose lives he touched over the past five decades through his generosity and commitment to community welfare.
