DOHA: Trust Exchange Company, the leading money exchange and remittance company in Qatar, yesterday relocated its Grand Hamad branch to a more spacious and a conveniently accessible location at Regency Shopping Complex in Umm Salal Ali.
The relocated branch was inaugurated by the senior management of Trust Exchange Company.
“We are pleased to move to this new location. The new branch’s location and amenities allows us to better serve our esteemed customers and is in line with our continued efforts to enhancing our customer service and improving the overall financial services experience,” said KNS Das, Trust Exchange Company.
“The Umm Salal Ali branch relocation comes with the company’s strategy to reinforce its growing presence in local markets while reaching out to its wide range of customers and providing state of the art and easy access to its wide range of services,” he said.
Trust Exchange has over the years emerged as a preferred exchange house providing fast and reliable money transfer worldwide and foreign exchange services to a cross-section of society, powered by a vast network, reputed partners and high standards of customer care.
The Umm Salal Ali branch will be Trust Exchange’s first outlet which will go live with the eSigning facility. The facility allows customers to verify the details of the transaction and digitally sign on the receipt presented to them on the e-tablet present on the counter, which then automatically sends the copy to customer’s email address. Customers are also provided the physical copy of the receipt with their signature. Trust Exchange had earlier in the year implemented the automated ID scanning facility, which eases the KYC norms, thereby allowing more convenience to its customers.
Customer satisfaction being their ultimate goal, Trust Exchange thoroughly analyses the budding customer needs and wants and takes all such measures to cater to their demands. Company’s eight branches across Qatar serves as a proof of success.
“We are constantly evaluating our branches in Qatar and moving at par with the growing needs of our esteemed customers. Further development across all of our branches is in the pipeline, in line with the strategy of the company and we will constantly stay on top of our game in the exchange and remittance business,” said Das.
