DOHA: The Qatar Stars League (QSL) have announced fixture changes for its sixth, 11th and 13th rounds of the season.
Round six of QSL action will be brought forward by one day, with the round now being played on November 2-3 instead of November 3-4.
The fixture between Umm Salal vs Al Kharaitiyat has been moved to Al Khor stadium and will be played on Thursday, November 3.
The dates have been changed based on the request of Qatar national team head coach Jorge Fossati. Qatar will to take on China away from home in Russia 2018 World Cup Qualifiers.
Round eleven will see two games on December 11 as Muaither vs El Jaish and Al Gharafa vs Al Sailiya fixtures will be moved from Al Gharafa Stadium.
This means the El Jaish vs Muaither clash will now take place at Lekhwiya Stadium while Al Gharafa vs Al Sailya fixture will be move to Al Ahli stadium.
The Kick off times will remain the same for both games.
Finally for round-13, will feature two fixture changes. The tie between Al Sadd and El Jaish, which was initially set for Friday December 23, will be moved to Thursday December 22 at Lekhwiya Stadium with a 17:45 kick-off. The tie has been changed due to the stadium being used for the Italian super cup between Juventus and AC Milan.
