DOHA: Ooredoo’s “Disney on Demand” service, which offers access to a full range of Disney films and television programmes, is proving to be one of the hits of the season with parents and their children.
The service is a premium ‘Video on Demand’ subscription that offers families access to Disney’s most popular animated and live action content whenever they want.
Disney on Demand provides engaging material for children, with a mix of live-action and animated content, as well as the opportunity to catch-up on box sets of hit shows, such as Lost, Grey’s Anatomy, Modern Family, Desperate Housewives and recent TV series such as Body of Proof.
The mix of programming for young and old has seen strong take-up in November, and the upcoming launch of the special “Mozaic Go” app next month provides another reasons for customers to sign-up for the new package on Next Generation Mozaic TV.
Customers can sign-up for the kids package for only QR35 per month and get instant access to the Disney on Demand Club channels, which include the popular Disney XD, Disney Junior and Disney Channel.
Alternatively, the combined ABC Studio and Disney Movies Club packages start from QR80 per month. New customers who subscribe to the Kids Add-on TV package and ABC on Demand service for Next Generation Mozaic TV will be automatically signed-up for the Channels on Demand. Existing customers should call 111 to switch-on to the service.
Mozaic TV’s multi-screen option will enable customers to access the content via tablets, Smartphone’s and their home televisions. The ‘Mozaic Go’ app, which will be available for a free trial period from early December, will also offer the Disney content.
