DOHA: HE the Minister of Justice Dr. Hassan Lahdan Saqr Al-Mohannadi and his accompanying delegation left Doha on Tuesday for the Republic of Yemen to attend 29th session of the Arab Justice Ministers Council, due to kick off in the Capital Sana'a later today.
Discussions during the meeting will cover several important topics.
Including the first annual report on the efforts of the Arab countries to combat human trafficking, the organ transplant regulations, the anti-cloning legislations and a draft protocol against piracy.
The conferees will also mull the plan to launch an Arab court for repatriation of ill-gotten funds, and review the regional and international mechanisms for combating terrorism, money laundering and financing for terrorism.
HE the Minister of Justice was seen off upon departure at Doha International Airport by the Charge d'Affaires at the Yemeni Embassy in Doha Dr. Mohamed Abdullah Ahmad Zubayri and a number of senior officials at the Ministry. (QNA)
