CAIRO: Egypt's Minister of Communications and Information Technology Hani Mahmoud announced his resignation on Wednesday.
He noted that Prime Minister Dr. Hisham Qandil accepted his resignation.
The official (MENA) news agency quoted Mahmoud as saying last night on his Twitter account that after 30 years of work in international companies, he could not cope with the culture of government work, especially in the current conditions of the country, so he submitted his resignation more than a month and will continue to work until the selection of a new minister.
