C V Rappai, Director and GM, LG Doha and Chairman of Birla Public School, lighting a traditional lamp to inaugurate an exhibition of paintings by Aby Abraham, a student at the school, at a function held at the school yesterday. Also seen are A K Shrivastava, School Principal, Lukose Chacko, Vice Chairman of the school managing committee, Dr Mohan Thomas, founder chairman, Gope Shahani, Director, Hussain Ahmad, Acting Managing Editor, The Peninsula, Aby Abraham, Sauman Pal, Head of the Dept.of Art/Craft and other school officials. Aby Abraham has won several prizes in art competitions at the national and international level.
