Draft law to regulate public money being reviewed

DOHA: A draft law to regulate public money is with the authorities concerned for study. 
The law includes more than 100 articles related to powers and budgetary proposals on state expenditures.
The proposed law aims at upgrading the ministries and public organisations and strengthening their relations with the Ministry of Finance. 
The law will also help upgrade technologies of the public organisations and make them paperless, Al Sharq reports.
Meanwhile, the restructured ministries are expected to be announced with state budgetary proposal 2014-15. ]
The expenditures of public organisations are expected to be slashed by 20 percent in the next budget.
The new structures of the ministries include changes in some grades and jobs while some of them are being merged.
