Chi‘Zen at the Oryx Rotana Doha will usher in the year of the Horse on January 31. The restaurant is offering a Chinese New Year menu.
“Guests are invited to ring in the Year of the Horse in true Oriental style with a sumptuous four course set menu at QR199 per person. Chef Eddie Burburan and his team have created a range of dishes that include delicacies associated with traditional Chinese New Year dining,” said a statement issued by the restaurant.
The menu comprises of treats like Salmon Yeu Sheng, Whole Steam Fish served with traditional superior sauce, Cantonese Soya Chicken with Ginger Sauce, Fukien Braised Beef and Yeung Chow fried rice, to name a few. The dessert offering is the traditional Pan fried Chinese New Year Sticky Rice cake.
