DOHA: The International Review of Law Journal published Issue 2 on QScience.com, the publishing portal for research journals.
The peer-reviewed international law journal covers contemporary legal discourse in all fields of law. All content in the journal is ‘open access’, meaning articles are free to read on the web and authors retain copyright on their works. Topics included in this issue range from construction mediation, reforms on divorce law, the legal basis of supervised drug injection facilities, the limits of prosecutorial discretion in Singapore and an Arabic paper on privatisation laws in Kuwait.
Arend Kuster, Managing Director of QScience.com, said: “We are delighted that Issue 2 continues to build on the strong foundation of Issue 1 and that we have received such a high number of quality submissions, which enhance the unique discourse.”
QScience.com has also introduced an online commenting facility, which allows direct communication on the article with the author and readers.
This service adds to features, including article-level metrics, measuring downloads and citations, and the personalisation and mobile feature of the site which allows browsing of content and access to search alerts with Blackberry, iPhone and Android handsets.
