Entrepreneurs showcasing their products at the Emir’s Sword Festival.
DOHA: Fifteen Qatari entrepreneurs showcased their products at Qatar Equestrian Federation during the Emir’s Sword Festival which concluded last Saturday.
This initiative was supported by Bedaya Center for Entrepreneurship and Career Development (Bedaya Center), a joint initiative by Qatar Development Bank and Silatech.
The Equestrian Federation provided Bedaya Center with the opportunity to support the Center’s associated entrepreneurs by hosting their startup projects to showcase their products, ranging from food & drinks, kids edutainment, clothing and promotional gifts.
The move reflects Bedaya’s unique role in empowering emerging Qatari entrepreneurs by offering and promoting their products to easily reach consumers, thereby contributing to the growth and development of their businesses.
Some of the participating projects at the H.H the Emir’s Sword festival were- Tasmeem, Black Dose, Lucabuka Pizza, Nitro Bites, Coffee & you, Crepe de Paris, Al Khayyal Café’, Burger& Burmait which are specialised in the F&B sector. Other participating projects specialized in the kids that were a part of the event included- “Tean.qtr”, “Fun Dose”, “Engineering for kids”, while “ilife_qa”, and “official aline”- specialized in clothes and accessories took part as well.
On this occasion, Reem Al-Sowaidi, General Manager of Bedaya Center, said,” I would like to thank the Qatar Equestrian Federation for giving Qatari entrepreneurs the opportunity to participate in such prestigious event and allowing them to introduce their promising projects to the local community in one of the most important events held by the Federation on yearly basis. We are proud today with the presence of 15 Qatari projects showcasing their ideas as well as their products which reflects their vital role in enriching the local emerging business r in town”.
