Brussels: Qatar participated in the 31st meeting of the joint cooperation committee between the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) and the European Union (EU), which took place on Monday in Brussels, Belgium.
The Ambassador of Qatar to EU and NATO HE Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Malki led Qatar's delegation to the meeting. The delegation also included the Director of European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs HE Saoud bin Abdulla Zaid Al Mahmoud.
The meeting outlined ways to enhance the GCC-EU cooperation, followed up on implementing the joint work program, and discussed security issues.
