Doha: Zubair Ahmed Malik, President of Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) recently met the ambassador of Pakistan, Syed Hassan Raza, to discuss bilateral business and investment relations between Pakistan and Qatar.
The President of FPCCI briefed the ambassador about the promising market potential of Pakistani consumer goods in Qatar.
He particularly spoke about the textile products of Pakistan which are very popular in the international market.
The President also underlined the need to establish business to business relations between Pakistan and Qatar and close cooperation between FPCCI and the Qatar Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
He also conveyed through the ambassador, an invitation to the Qatari businessmen to visit Pakistan and to explore investment opportunities in the energy, agriculture, engineering and manufacturing sectors.
Earlier, President of FPCCI also held a meeting with the Pakistani Business Forum in Doha and invited the Pakistani entrepreneurs to invest in different business sectors in Pakistan.
