Doha: The Chairman of Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA) H E Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah and his accompanying delegation returned to Doha yesterday after an official day visit to France.
During the visit, French President Francois Hollande presented Al Attiyah with the Medal of Honour with the rank of Senior Officer from the National Order of the Legion of Honour.
