Offshore, it will be some clouds, the report added.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly to westerly 04 to 14 KT.
Offshore, it will be southwesterly to northwesterly 05 to 15 KT gusting to 18 knot at places at times.
The visibility will be 05 - 10 KM.
The sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 FT. Offshore, it will be 2 - 4 FT rises to 5 feet at places.
