Doha: The Absolute Sports Academy (ASA) held a jersey unveiling ceremony on Tuesday, presenting new kits for their students, who are set to travel abroad for training camps and international tournaments this summer.
The ceremony was attended by Khalid Fakhroo, prominent philanthropist and sports organiser; AP Manikandan, Indian Cultural Centre president; Safeer Rahman, Indian Sports Centre (ISC) head of football and ASA chief advisor; MS Bukhari, Satco Group MD and QIA chief patron; Habib Nabi, ISC general secretary; Gopal Subramaniam, Head of Finance, IBPC; and KR Jayaraj, president, Kerala Business Forum.
ASA's football and badminton teams are set to travel this summer to Tbilisi, Georgia and Bengaluru, India respectively to participate in tournaments and gain exposure.
