DOHA: Tomorrow, City Center Doha will extend its operating hours until 4am the following day as part of their first ever ‘Starlight Shopping’ event.
From 4pm on Friday, the shopping center will welcome all guests with a lot of exciting activities for the entire family such as arts and crafts workshops, sand art workshop and clay molding at the Kids’ Fun Area on the second level, which would also feature face painters and henna tattoo artists, everything for free.
Also in programme starting 4pm till 4am are musical parades of artists from Brazil featuring jugglers and musicians in their colourful costumes; magic shows; puppet shows and walkabouts by renowned mascots, LED Robots, golden living statues, Cinderella, Charlie Chaplin and stilt walkers.
All shops will remain open till 2am while food and beverage shops will operate till 4am.
City Center Doha Managers Olaf Kindt and Anastasia Marapidou said the Starlight Shopping Event would be the last event for this year for all City Center customers.
“We want to celebrate this event with all our guests and want to show also our appreciation for 2012 to our loyal customers” they said.
