DOHA: The Qatar Exchange down on Thursday 16.16 points or 0.19% to 8,311.22 points from the previous closing of 8,327.38 points.
The volume of shares traded fell to 2,423,635 from 3,302,694 Wednesday, and the value of shares decreased to QR112,503,535.61 from QR131,139,341.20 Wednesday.
Among the top losers were Qatar National Bank whose share dropped 0.38% to QR129.50, Commercial Bank of Qatar lost 0.42% to QR70.60, Electricity and Water fell 0.15% to QR129.70 and Rayan down 1.17% to QR24.60.
Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector dropped 6.11 points while the Insurance sector lost 0.68 points. The Qatar industrial sector added 2.78 points and the Services sector fell 6.00 points. (QNA)
