Doha: On the directive of the Heir Apparent H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Qatar has allocated QR1.8m as tuition fees for displaced Syrian students studying in Syrian and Jordanian schools in Qatar. The directive came in the context of efforts made by Qatar to contribute in alleviating the suffering of the Syrian people and the provision of appropriate educational opportunities for Syrian students in Qatar.
