The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani held talks with Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades yesterday. The two leaders witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) in education, a cooperation agreement in the legal, an MoU in energy and another MoU in cooperation in sea water desalination and treatment of wastewater and re-use.
