According to reports, Matteo Darmian is set to return to Italy this month with Inter Milan the likeliest destination.
The 27 year old full-back has struggled at United since his arrival from Torino.
As reported by The Mirror:
“Manchester United defender Matteo Darmian is eyeing a switch to Inter – and has even begun to search for somewhere to live in Milan.
That is according to The Sun, who say the Italian has grown frustrated over his failure to tie down a regular starting spot under Jose Mourinho.
Inter are reportedly close to tying up a deal for the 27-year-old who featured as the Red Devils lost to Hull last night, but got through to the EFL Cup final at Wembley on aggregate.”
